Intern Engineer – AI Engineer

  • Team Responsibilities

Our AI innovation and development teams are responsible for designing, integrating, and deploying solutions based on generative artificial intelligence to meet the needs of the Monaco Telecom Group and its subsidiaries.

These solutions range from creating internal conversational assistants, optimizing operational and business processes, to prototyping new services based on LLMs and applied AI.

The “AI Engineering” team’s role is to make cutting-edge models (both open-source and proprietary LLMs) accessible and usable, structure their integration with business systems, and ensure their deployment in a secure, scalable, cloud-native environment. The goal is to transform the rapid advances in AI into tangible value for our internal teams (customer support, operations, marketing, finance, etc.) and for our end clients.

  • Internship Context

As an AI Engineer Intern, you will be directly involved in the development and integration of generative AI solutions within a cloud-native environment. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge open-source language models (Mistral, LLaMA, Qwen, Gemma, GPT-OSS, etc.) and implement advanced NLP techniques (speech-to-text, RAG, fine-tuning, vector search, etc.).

The AI ecosystem is evolving rapidly: new architectures, frameworks, and approaches emerge every month. The team actively monitors and experiments with these developments to adapt our technical stack and accelerate the adoption of robust and innovative solutions.
